IRA GURUKUL EDUCATIONAL TRUST (NIOS- Open Schooling) is a Regd trust under the Charitable Trust Act Mumbai, 1950. Vishesh Child Development Centre is a further extension of the trust providing children with special needs a therapeutic and supportive atmosphere.
An integrated therapy centre providing structured therapies, specialized education, recreational activities and tailor made programmes for children with special needs including Autism, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral palsy, ADHD , Learning Disabilities and other Developmental delays.
 An Open Schooling Set up providing an encouraging and stimulating environment to those students who are not proficient to withstand the pressures of academics in the regular school, either, due to learning problems (caused due to learning disabilities, emotional disturbances etc.) or, to those who are slow learners.
An Inclusive set up training kids with dyslexia and slow learners for SSC, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and IB boards.
 Covering a gamut of Psychological services: Assessments, Specialized Therapies, Training, Out Reach Programmes and setting up Resource rooms in many schools.
 Providing health care services to children in collaboration with families and educators in order to maintain and support a system of high quality, accessible services and to assure that children and families are served in a coordinated system of CARE.

Plan and conduct interventions through workshops for students, teachers and parents.

Psychological testing of Intelligence (I.Q.), Aptitude, Personality, lnterest,
Achievement & Psychomotor skills.

Training for Students

Training students for various life skill programmes.

Remedial Education

Remedial education in reading writing and cognitive therapy.

Maintain a detailed follow up

 Maintain records of the above mentioned interventions and document cases to evaluate progress in every student.
